I can and have used this blog for a lot of things, but today I am asking for you all to help someone. He is the friend of a friend of mine and I have gotten to know him only online. Rich is fighting ALS – Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

The fight is going well, but it is long and exhausting – physically and financially. Rich’s friends and family have rallied around him, but it’s not enough. I would like to ask that you help Rich – through your own efforts or through me.
